Troubleshooting
BAD LINK:
- The Stream tickets are sold on a “Chosen Day” basis. You can watch the show from the morning of your ticket day until the night of the following day. You will be greeted by a video on your page to tell you the status of your stream, IE Performance will begin at or This Stream has ended.
- If you share your link & password with others, the system will automatically lock you out and erase your password. Tickets are sold on a ONE HOUSEHOLD BASIS & the system tracks your IP (broadband) address & location.
SLOW CONNECTION:
- Unfortunately this is completely out of our control. The player will adapt to your internet speed by lowering the stream quality depending on your connection. For optimum viewing we recommend full High definition at 1080P, slower connection may require you to use a lower resolution such as 720, 540 etc. You can manually adjust this using the Cog icon on the bottom right on the viewing screen.
- If you are having connection issues, ask others in the household to disconnect from your broadband for the duration of the show.
SYNC ISSUES:
- Unfortunately this is completely out of our control. Certain Streaming apps & TV’s do loose sync. This problem is rare, but it can happen. Our video is in perfect sync & you can double check this by watching the show directly on a PC, Mac, Tablet or phone with a Wi-Fi, 5/4g or wired internet connection. Make sure your device & TV are on the same internet connection & also try reducing the playback quality to 720p may help.
